The Kingston Group Limited are a leading Cleaning Services
Specialist Company based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England.
Customer service is paramount in all areas, as is the need for a strong
internal team. We have a very strong management team from a variety of
backgrounds including cleaning, customer service and the finance industry.
Working together we ensure that the customer receives the personal touch
from us, and we work together to ensure that all the businesses, and the
customer’s needs are met.
We pride ourselves on the level of quality
achieved by all of our cleaning teams. To maintain these levels of service we
have staff training schemes in place, along with the highest level of
supervision. Many of our staff have nationally recognised qualifications
including NVQ’s, BICS COPC, Cherry picker licensee and scaffold erecting
certificates.
Each job has a specific work schedule which we tailor to
meet your exact requirements and upon completion to your satisfaction we require
you to sign a job satisfaction note. Prior to starting a job we will assess the
job individually and provide you with risk assessments, method statements, coshh
sheets, and insurance details. You will be given a named point of contact who
